Where are your surf lessons held?

We primarily teach at Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, and La Jolla Shores — depending on surf conditions and student skill level.

Do you provide the surfboard and wetsuit?

Yes! All of our surf lessons include soft-top boards and wetsuits at no extra charge.

Service Description

First time surfing? This beginner-friendly surf lesson includes a surfboard, wetsuit, and expert coaching. This lesson is a crash course 60 minute intro into wave riding. Learn to paddle, pop up, and ride your first wave at a scenic San Diego beach—no experience needed. Want to extend your session? Add 30 minutes at checkout. Includes full surfboard and wetsuit rental Led by a certified surf coach & lifeguard Approx. 30–45 minutes of ocean time You’ll be catching real waves by the end of your first session. Perfect for beginners, travelers, and anyone curious about surfing. A dedicated safety team is by your side the entire time. Want 30 min more water time? Add that as a service at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or rescheduling, please contact us 24 hours prior to the lesson. We can't refund you within 24hrs to start time. We are really flexible. It's surfing after all! If your plans change or flights cancel or delay no worries! We can work around that. For acts of god, bad weather, or otherwise sketchy / dangerous surf, we reserve the right to call it. Refunds are totally chill. Stuff happens! No refunds to no shows, sorry! We have to pay our staff for their time! We also reserve the right to not provide services should our instructors feel unsafe, or the student is not a fit for surfing.
